Loren is a 35-year-old reality TV star who was born in New York City but grew up in Parkland, Florida. The 35-year-old Alexei had immigrated to Israel from Ukraine with his family when he was 11. Loren met Alexei while she was on a Birthright trip to Israel, where Alexei was working as a medic.

Loren and Alexei fell in love in 10 days. Alexei proposed to Loren before she left for the U.S. When Alexei came to America, Loren moved back into her parent’s home in Florida to save money. He was showing some concern before the American wedding and the bachelorette had put Alexei over the edge. When Alexei’s family arrived, it seemed like it was the happiest he had been since relocating to the U.S. Meanwhile, the couple clashed on their Israeli wedding day, leading viewers to believe this was a pair that was not meant to be together.

However, in October 2019, Loren and Alexei announced they were going to have their first baby together. Loren addressed their then-unborn child as BabyBrov. They revealed the start of their new chapter would arrive in Spring 2020. They jetted off to Mexico in January 2020 for their babymoon. Loren gave birth on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, welcoming her and her husband Alexei’s first child. Loren and Alexei’s second child, Baby Boten, arrived on Monday, August 16, 2021. The baby had arrived earlier than expected and had to be in the NICU to recover.

Loren started relapsing into postpartum depression following the birth of her third child. Loren was crying for no reason and feeling down. However, Loren used her experience to motivate other moms who were going through the same things.

Loren assured these young moms that they were not alone and wanted to normalize conversations about topics that women needed to talk about, such as postpartum depression. Alexei stayed by Loren’s side amid her battle. "I think this time it was harder for her because she knew that it was the last one at this point," Alexei told ET while talking about his theory about why Loren struggled particularly hard after giving birth to Ariel. A year and a half after the birth of their daughter, Loren, and Alexei are still together. Alexei supports Loren through all the changes she goes through.

Loren’s parents were already worried about the couple managing “three under three.” They joked about how Alex should have kept it in his pants and Loren should have kept her legs closed. When Loren told them about moving, Bryan and Marlene thought it was going to be somewhere closer to them because it would have been easier for them to babysit their grandchildren.
